Mostly, this site is just a dump for recording my travel experiences and keeping track of trips. I really enjoy getting out and seeing new places and the things they offer. I wanted a place to document those trips and to go through the exercise of reflecting on the trips and what I liked or disliked about them. So, this is that.

There are occasional kernels of advice around things that I've been asked over the years as well. They're mostly things that friends have asked me or things that I learned over the years.

Additionally, I have a more in depth gallery site with pictures of a lot of the trips I have taken at Dry Llama. It is a seperate site since I would rather keep this site highlighting my favorite pictures from these trips.
